We cannot afford to issue refunds should your parcel get lost, and we do not accept responsibility for failures in the International postal system. This is why we offer a Tracking System.
Please check your Junk or Spam email folder if you are not receiving updates from us. Another way to ensure your Parcel has been sent is to check if you are recently listed on our Donors page. It is therefore
absolutely imperative that your check and double check your address before checking out of the payment process. In our experience, this will prevent 90% of misdirected/lost mail.
