If you try to create the file it will tell you that it already exists. Once I did that the error stopped appearing in the terminal.

There was no directory (file). I created it and the message disappeared, indeed. The problem is that this should work otherwise...
I forgot to let the directory after testing and see what happens in time.
The code needs to be changed, to prevent this latency thing.
