Lite Software to Resize Image

Do linuxlite have default image software that have function to resize image ?
I know GIMP can do it. But it is not light software (GIMP ~ Photoshop)
Like in windows, it has paint.
In linuxlite, i open image viewer but not found function to resize.
Does image viewer has function to resize?
If no, is there a light image software to resize image?

Lite Software has Pinta, it's a MS Paint clone. Menu, Settings, Lite Software.
