Steam folder for saved games
#1
Steam installed on my main SSD, but I want games to be saved to another internal SSD.
When I bring up steam and try to download a game it gives me a chance to designate the drive to save to.
When I navigate to the drive it says "drive must be writeable".
Evidently the permissions on the drive are wrong.

How can I correct this so I can save to correct drive?

Thanks
Len

Can you save other files to the SSD that says 'drive must be writeable'?

NO, it wouldn't let me save anything there.
I did some research and found out how to change the permissions on that partition. All is well now Smile
