I mostly use darker backgrounds on computer.
In LL I am trying out lilac/lavender backgrounds in terminal and gedit too.

I like dark wallpaper too and use a dark theme, BleuFear.

Played around with the dark theme a bit. Thought it might be cool to have a chameleon feather. Set your desktop background color to whatever you like, the feather is transparent.

8) I did just the reverse. Transparent background on logo on desktop color of the theme I use.

I like it simple, but I think we need some nice photos for the distro. We have enough of those with the logo.
I've took this picture last year, when I was hiking in the mountains near my town. I've set this as my backgroud. Me and my friends had a long walk that day (27km). I really like climbing mountains.
