All software downloads show a "failed" error

Just today, my LL software 4.6, will not allow any software from being downloaded. It worked yesterday. Now I get a "Failed" when trying to download any software such as Belena Etcher. I need to create a USB I.O to load Manjero.
No idea why all software downloads fail in a few seconds?

Numerous methods can be used to download software.
Any attempt to help would require detailed information from you.

Bear in mind that Linux Lite 4.x is unsupported since 2023.
