There are many other WebRTC websites available. Another quite reliable one is Talky: https://talky.io/

Benefit with Jitsi and Appear is that they offer an Android app which makes it dead easy to connect even via phone.

- now supports also Linux, even if it seems to be via electron, i.e. being a web wrapper
- It really looks good. I also like that you have the choice to sign up with email OR phone number
