A day or two ago, my apt-get check became hung up on trying to pull from us.archive.ubuntu.com. Had to reassign it to a mirror in Synaptic (Add/Remove Software[size=1em]) [/size][size=1em]to get it to work again...

Galen, it would be more helpful to Jerry and the crew if you could describe the particular problem(s) you're having with the upgrade script. My only problems resulted from my using Grub Customizer and leaving it installed when updating...

UPDATE: I'm currently working on the 2.4 builds, I've looked into this and the Google repos are correct at the time of build, so there is actually nothing for me to do here. For some odd reason, it gets altered for some folks  :-\
