Worked perfectly...
added Plugin via Synaptic. Search "Clipman"

Right click down in the task bar.
> Select Panel
> + Add New Items
> Selected "Clipman" from list
> I then right clicked it to "move" it to where I wanted it.

Job done ... Spot on
