It looks like the problem with the codelite repository has resolved.
This error remains
The skype repository appears to have been discontinued. Despite you uninstalling skype the repository appears to remain as an entry on your software update list..
To remove the repository from your update list follow this sequence
Click Menu <- this is the clickable button usually located at the bottom left of your screen with a feather icon
If you can't locate this, on the keyboard, you can press the 'Super' key (usually the key with the Windows logo).
A window should pop up, at the bottom right of this window should be a text search box with a magnifying glass.
Begin typing 'Software & Updates' into the search box
The system will will interpret what you type and offer various choices matching your typing.
When you see 'Software & Updates' offered as a choice, click on it.
In the window that opens, select the 'Other Software' tab
Look through the list for the references to any skype repositories.
Remove the tick from any skype lines.
You will be asked for your password.
Close the window, then retry the update/upgrade process.
The update/upgrade will still likely fail, but check to ensure that the skype related problem is no longer listed.
If it is still a problem report back and we will look into it further.
You will probably still have this error.
To fix this, open a terminal (press Ctrl, Alt, and T together). In the terminal window type or paste in this command followed by enter.
Enter your password if asked.
This allows the update process to accept the changes made by the ondrej PPA.
Close the terminal window and retry the update/upgrade.
This error remains
