What's the issue in /etc/lsb-release ?

The file on my install looks like this.

DISTRIB_RELEASE=22.04
DISTRIB_CODENAME=jammy
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Linux Lite 7.0"

System Restore Utility uses this to tag snapshots.
Snapshots of LL7.0 systems get labelled as '22.04 Jammy'. Confused me on a multi-boot setup until you identified why it was happening.

After installing python3-unidecode does it then work?
