From what I understand, Ubuntu removed lupin-casper from version 22.04 and it is not in the jammy repository.
A clean install of LL 6.x shouldn't include lupin-casper.

Can you tie the start of the problem to a specific event or has it always been an issue since install ?
ACTUALLY yes It happened after I did an update from 5.8 to 6.0. I did not do a clean install because for some reason it cannot see something etc... I tried a cd but would not see it. I tried installing with UEFI, would not see it. I tried usb, same thing. So I looked in the forum and found a way to update from one series to another and did that. For all intense and purposes it worked except for this one program I've posted about.
So, should I just remove that file or ???
