Just an FYI for consideration. I also do PC repairs. The job I just finished had:

- 2 unauthorized user accounts
- 1 remote connection set up
- Dozens of malware, viruses installed
- Registry infected

all on Windows 10. I am grateful to MS for a steady income Smile
