Menu, Settings, Main Menu. Select Graphics on the right, then tick LibreOffice Draw.

Be very careful poking around in Main Menu, and do not click on Restore System Configuration. The Linux Lite Menu is heavily modified and can be easily messed up. Cheers Smile
