Password &Keys

I cannot find an option in the menus for    Password & Keys

I was trying to help Pelouk with his  Topic ---  Keyboard garbled

I get a window "Unlock Keyring" asking for my password for the Default keyring. I thought, "No problem now that I've got the keyboard issue sorted" but it won't accept my password???!

I now have the same "Unlock Keyring" request when I open Chrome Browser so I also wanted to find a fix . I looked in my crib list and found I had this in Lite 1-0-8 and made a note of how to fix it i

Password & Keys > Passwords (Rt click item ) Default Key>  unlock or Password to blank
        Login  > ( to change )
