Is Linux Lite 1.0.0 too old?

He'll need to install wine for it to work though! If he goes to the website and installs wine or if ver1 has a linux lite software built in app (maybe it won't work due to no repo availability)

I DL'd it and it's an exe program.
I'v been bashing Windows way before Microsoft.....
