Just did a quick Google on this... seems to be lots of stuff out there.
This one seemed to be the most concise,

However...
I don't know enough on the implications of running the commands on LL
Maybe somebody more knowledgeable can comment..??
It maybe the same as in the readme you have,
maybe you can cut and paste that in here.
