Wifi disconnecting in every 5 minutes

I have HP Pavilion G4 laptop, my wifi network disconnecting every 5 minutes. there is problem with Wireless network driver :-
wlp1s0 network RT5390 Wireless 802.11n 1T/1R PCIe,

In window-10 wifi network working well only Linux Lite 5.0 getting issues with wifi network

looking someone help to resolve.

Could be far fetched but maybe wireless security is the culprit.
To test, temporarily disable your WEP, WPA or WPA2 Wireless security from you Wi-Fi router
Use it for 10-15 minutes to see if it disconnects.

Report here with findings. Don't forget to re-eneble security.

Still same issue facing after disable router security...disconnecting every 5 mins.. is there any problem with network driver?? because in window 10 wifi network working perfectly

It's your chipset. The RT5390 is well known. The fix isn't what I would call new-user friendly, but at least it's a fix - https://askubuntu.com/questions/1011752/...fi-drivers see the second post, do not miss any steps. Reboot after all steps.
