Whisker Menu Button Disappears

I have not been able to find a solution to a problem in which the Whisker Menu Button Disappears when dragging a window button on the panel.
The problem has been reported by another XFCE user in a Youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bAxa_0hbBCg

Well, at least it wasn't a graphics card/driver rendering issue. That's what I was afraid of. Thanks for the bug link!
