Does this happen every time you boot ?  I've had it on one of my systems, maybe 1 in 50 boots.

As it is so rare for me, I've not seen a pattern to it and as it goes on to boot a working system I've not investigated further but if it is happening consistently for you it might be possible to work out what's happening.

YES,

"Raise Network" problem, start after install VIRTUAL BOX.

"Log rotate" problem, start after install MYSQL 8.

I don't use either Virtualbox or MySQL so may not be able to help much unless my system does it again.

For the failure to bring up lo message
Please post the results of

Code:
ip link show
Code:
cat /etc/network/interfaces
Code:
ifconfig
Code:
journalctl -b -u networking.service

For the log rotation
Please post the results of

Code:
journalctl -b -u logrotate.timer

Please post the terminal output using code tags and include all the output.

You're using emerald, yet some of your repos are jammy. Looks like a hodge-podge of system versions to me. Would be better not to mix these things together. Eg use fluorite based system and ONLY the Virtualbox packages from the jammy repo.
