Lost Trash bin

Friend has lost his trash bin.  Where does one go to restore this item

Hi,

First place to start.

Right Click on Desktop ,
Select Desktop Settings ,
click on the Icons tab ,
Check that the Wastebasket item "is" ticked [/]

Can your friend open the Home Folder/File Manager (Menu->Accessories->Home Folder) and see Trash there?

The box to indicate Trash was not checked.  I think I had a Duhhhhhh moment.
