Disappearing scrollbars

Since I hate this type of a pointless graphic gimmicks that direcly break accessibility with a vengeance (goes to the same category with infinite scrolling on websites), I'm quite fine with reviving an age-old thread as my first forum post.

This is the only solution that worked to eliminate the disappearing and shrinking scrollbars.

So, necroing this again...

Where can we actually send feedback about tese disappearing scrollbars? Because whatever the desktop window manager thingy we have, those disappearing scrollbars need to have some sort of a killswitch somewhere. They really add nothing of interest ot the experience, merely a hindrance to any workflow.
