I did a general update and got a message that "OPERA" has changed their URL.  Anyone have input about this?

It seems to me that the message is quite clear in that "Opera has changed it's URL", so I think that it's ppa's changed as well and that's why you got that message since apt can't retieve any package info from it. Maybe you should try dowloading Opera .deb file and install/update it that way and it might fix the issue by giving the new URL, this is just a guess but it might worth trying.
