virtualbox service kernel error

[TMG1961]

I did a fresh installation on a friends laptop. Installed 2.6, updated and then upgraded to 2.8
But on every boot i get message that virtualbox service kernel isnt running.exiting
I tried

Code:

sudo apt-get remove virtualbox-guest-dkms virtualbox-guest-utils virtualbox-guest-x11

but didnt work, worked for one reboot and after that the message came back

Now only need to do a search how to get the unlock login keyring message away when on wifi
