Help - Theme problem
#1
I wanted to install the BleuFear theme and followed instruction from :https://github.com/maxfierke/bleufear:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:m4xm4n/bleufear && sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install bleufear-theme

Showing but not working in Window Manager and messed up other themes. How do I uninstall it?

Hello!

Did you try

sudo apt-get remove bleufear-theme

to remove the theme and

sudo add-apt-repository --removeĀ  ppa:m4xm4n/bleufear

to remove the PPA?

NB: PPAs can be risky, and don't always work as expected.

After I back up, I'll give that theme a shot, and see what happens...

Thanks. I was clueless. I think it is not a Xfce theme is why it did not work.

We go over installing Themes in the Help Manual. You should only install XFCE specific themes Smile

I read the Help Manual about installing Themes. I did install some successfully but I must have missed the part about installing only XFCE specific themes only. I learned it the hard way. Sad
