Update problem - grub error exit status 32 - Ewan - 07-20-2025
A LinuxLite user for many many years, and this is the first time I've had
an issue with updates.
I have two Dell Latitude E7270 laptops, both were given a completely
fresh install of LinuxLite v7.4 and both are displaying the same error
when I try to install the latest updates.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
My Updates Error log is posted below.

This is a known issue with 7.4 fresh install first update. The first update reports an error but subsequent updates work ok.
There is a script you can run after the install if required.

Stevef.....Thank you so much for that link to the script....it worked a treat!
I do enjoy LinuxLite, it's served me well for many years, trouble-free, and this glitch
had me stumped. Thanks again for replying.
