As you can see, there is no appropriate version of this software for the OS version.
You need to disable the PPA and the update will work.
As for the software itself, give us more details and maybe we can find solutions.
The "Compholio" site has way too many projects and this leads to a lot of guess-work.
You need to be more specific.
