Problems with calibrate battery to display correctly percentage on Linux Lite - arliccio - 06-19-2024 Hi there ! I bought a new battery shell to my old laptop. At the very hour of the purchase, I did the tip of charge it for 8 hours. Eventually the machine begun to suddenly shut down, even when the battery displayed 40% before the power off. I already tried several times to drain the battery to zero and then charge it to 100% ― another tip I read at the forums. Someone knows what can I do at the specific Linux Lite situation for calibrate my battery? BTW, my battery features through "upower -i /org/freedesktop/UPower/devices/battery_BAT0" is the following: native-path: BAT0 vendor: OEM model: standard serial: 00001 power supply: yes updated: ter 18 jun 2024 22:29:41 (91 seconds ago) has history: yes has statistics: yes battery present: yes rechargeable: yes state: charging warning-level: none energy: 9,7125 Wh energy-empty: 0 Wh energy-full: 38,85 Wh energy-full-design: 48,84 Wh energy-rate: 20,1576 W voltage: 12,174 V charge-cycles: N/A time to full: 1,4 hours percentage: 25% capacity: 79,5455% technology: lithium-ion icon-name: 'battery-low-charging-symbolic' History (charge): 1718760581 25,000 charging History (rate): 1718760581 20,158 charging Greetings from Brazil ! |
